Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage with prospective learners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
Explain course benefits, pricing, and career relevance through effective sales counselling.
Manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and regular follow-ups.
Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close enrollments.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to conversion.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospects and ensure a positive customer experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.




Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve conversions.
Track sales activities, conversions, and pipeline performance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Telesales, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and work toward sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and other digital tools.
Prior experience in EdTech, education sales, or professional training is an advantage.

Compensation will depend on experience, skills, and interview performance.
