Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with homeowners, real estate stakeholders, and partner organizations, and drive lead generation activities through field outreach,
networking, and follow-ups. They will manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure, present Foxscan’s diagnostic services clearly, and ensure prospects understand the value of unbiased structural assessments. Daily responsibilities include pipeline management, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with the operations and engineering teams to align client expectations, and preparing regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership.
