N.E.X.T (Navigating Employment & eXploring Transitions) supports youth and women through career guidance, skill enhancement, employability development, employment opportunities, and post-placement support.

1) Pathway Co-Ordinator (Field)
Role Overview
The Pathway Coordinator (Field) will be responsible for community mobilization, candidate registration, institutional outreach, employer engagement, placement coordination, and post-placement follow-up to support youth and women in accessing suitable employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits to communities, colleges, ITIs, polytechnics, and other institutions to mobilize youth and women.
• Create awareness about career guidance, skill development, upskilling, and employment opportunities.




• Identify eligible candidates and facilitate registration with the N.E.X.T Career Centre.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, community leaders, HR teams, companies, hotels, and industries.
• Identify job vacancies and coordinate candidate screening, interviews, recruitment drives, and job melas.
• Follow up on candidate selection, offer letters, joining, and placement confirmation.
• Conduct post-placement follow-ups to support employee retention and address workplace challenges.
• Maintain candidate, employer, vacancy, placement, and retention records in designated MIS platforms.
• Submit field activity plans, daily reports, and periodic progress updates.
• Travel regularly for community mobilization, institutional visits, and employer engagement.

Qualifications and Skills
• Graduate in any discipline; preference for Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, or Human Resources.
