The Founder is Jonathan Maharaj who is needing a personal brand social media assistant.

The role is to produce and distribute original financial thought leadership content for Jonathan on social medial (LinkedIn, YouTube, X , Instagram, Facebook and other channels), with the primary focus being AI, financial, entrepreneurship, leadership and business advice.

We are looking for an exceptional Personal Branding assistant, not someone with commercial branding experience.

Role Description:

We are looking for an individual who is an expert at creative writing, research, planning video concepts, scripting videos and planning the creation of viral content. The role include post scheduling and engagement.

This is not an editor or a videographer role. It is a social media / personal brand assistant role to research and create content,



scripts and concepts for the videos Jonathan will record for himself.

A key factor to the role is organisation and efficiency to ensure that Jonathan always has a very transparent plan of actions, a list of fully written and approved script and plan for the day or a list of fully and approved questions and prompts to discuss when on camera.

It is a role that is dedicated to researching and script writing of the most successful content possible and then working with videographers, graphic designers, and editors to create the final outcome and then posting it on the various channels.

Then managing videographer and editor resources to execute on filming and editing and posting the assets to have the best outcomes for Jonathan’s channels.

Targets:

1. The primary target of this role is to rapidly grow Jonathan's subscriber base within a short amount of time (LinkedIn and YouTube focus). As part of this target the short form video channels would have their
