Role Description:
The Content Team Lead at Pazy is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
This role is responsible for overseeing the content function end-to-end, including planning, creating, editing, and publishing content across web, product, marketing, and communication channels.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with product, marketing, and sales teams, prioritizing and assigning content projects, reviewing drafts for quality and consistency, and maintaining an editorial calendar.



The role also involves measuring content performance, optimizing based on data and feedback, and contributing to strategic initiatives that support Pazy’s growth in the finance-tech space.

What you'll do:
• Create video content at scale for Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn & campaigns
• Take ideas from the founding team and turn them into high-quality content
• Work across video editing, motion graphics and AI-led content
• Experiment with new AI tools, formats and ways of storytelling
• Help solve real business problems through creative content
