We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales executive to join our hospitality team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue through corporate, event and hospitality sales. The role will involve identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting client meetings, following up on enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, corporate or event sales and should have strong existing industry connections and a good professional network that can contribute to business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the brand.
• Generate leads through industry networking, referrals, cold calling, market visits and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies and business partners.
• Leverage existing industry connections to generate enquiries and business.




• Handle corporate bookings, events, group enquiries and other sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate with clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings and events.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups and conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, networking events and industry interactions.
