JOB SUMMERY
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate revenue, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing business development activities, building partnerships, and achieving revenue targets for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify recent business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and other potential partners.
• Promote the company's cybersecurity courses, training programs, and educational services.
• Conduct client meetings,



presentations, and business negotiations to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to conversion and client relationship management.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and business development activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.
• Explore opportunities for corporate training, institutional partnerships, and other B2B business collaborations.

REQUIRMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
