We are looking for a hands-on .NET professional with strong technical leadership, team management and international client engagement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead .NET development teams, technical solutioning, code reviews and troubleshooting.
• Mentor developers, drive technical excellence and ensure smooth delivery.
• Independently manage technical discussions, client expectations and escalations with overseas clients.
• Support resource planning, technical estimations and pre-sales solutioning.
Must-Have Skills:
• Robust hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs and SQL Server.
• Good understanding of Azure, application architecture and Agile practices.
• Minimum 3–4 years of technical leadership experience.
• Proven experience handling international clients independently.
• Excellent spoken English and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work from the Indore office (relocation candidates welcome).
Ideal Profile: .NET Technical Lead / Technical Manager / Engineering Manager who remains technically hands-on while leading teams and managing clients.
