Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Nashik. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of customers by promoting BFL’s loan products, conducting customer meetings, and maintaining long-term relationships. The Relationship Manager will identify customer needs, explain suitable financing options, assist with documentation, and ensure timely completion of applications.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with branch and credit teams, following up on leads, monitoring repayment behavior, and supporting collection efforts where required. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, achieving assigned sales and service targets, and representing the company professionally in the local market.
