Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales of Finaurt’s business registration, accounting, taxation, and compliance services.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with business owners, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, following up with prospects, and converting qualified leads into customers.
This role requires strong communication,
persuasion, follow-up discipline, and a genuine focus on sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through outbound calling, online platforms, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Handle follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and sales conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding.
Requirements
• Solid communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with ownership and consistent follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Experience in B2B sales, CA firms, taxation, or compliance services is preferred.
• Willingness to learn Finaurt’s services and work towards targets.
