Role Summary

The Cluster Manager – Field Sales will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into business opportunities within the assigned cluster/region. The role involves meeting school decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting Kreedo’s solutions, managing the sales process, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Connect with school owners, management, principals, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective schools.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable Kreedo solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead follow-up to negotiation and closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure timely conversions.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned cluster.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing school partners.
Maintain accurate updates on leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and onboarding after closure.
Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
Monitor competitor activities and market feedback within the assigned territory.
Travel within the assigned cluster as required.
Key Skills Required
Experience in field sales / business development, preferably in Education or EdTech.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Ability to convert leads and close sales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with regular field visits and travel.
Ability to independently manage the sales cycle.
