About the Role

InventIndia is looking for a skilled and self-driven Electronics Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of electronic hardware products.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in embedded hardware design, schematic development, PCB layout, component selection, and hardware bring-up. You will collaborate closely with firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, cost-effective electronic products that meet client requirements and industry standards.
The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware products, including circuit schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.




• Develop hardware architectures based on project requirements, functionality, performance, and cost considerations.
• Perform schematic design, component selection, BOM preparation and management, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis.
• Carry out PCB bring-up, hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
• Develop and maintain hardware design documentation, technical specifications, calculations, procedures, and design standards.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to existing products and new designs.
• Support the development of hardware solutions involving embedded systems, IoT applications, power electronics, motors, and drive systems.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
