Role Description The Lab Supervisor (Ratlam, M.P) at Hindustan Wellness is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations and ensuring high-quality diagnostic services. This role includes supervising lab staff,



managing work schedules, and maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols. The Lab Supervisor will monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensure proper sample handling and processing, and implement quality control measures to uphold accuracy and reliability of test results. The role also involves coordinating with medical and operations teams, resolving technical issues, supporting audits and compliance activities, and contributing to process improvements. The Lab Supervisor is expected to maintain detailed documentation, train team members, and support a culture of continuous learning and patient-centered service.
