Marketing Executive – Retention
Job Overview
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and support customer engagement and retention initiatives across Email, SMS, and Push Notification channels.
The ideal candidate should have a robust interest in CRM/Retention Marketing, be comfortable working with data, and have hands-on exposure to marketing communication platforms. This role will involve campaign execution, audience segmentation, performance analysis, reporting, and coordination with multiple internal teams to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Campaign Management
• Plan, schedule, and trigger email campaigns based on business and marketing requirements.
• Segment customer databases and implement targeted communication and remarketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics.
• Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions,
and customer retention.
• Ensure campaigns follow industry best practices related to email communication, deliverability, and customer experience.
2. SMS Campaign Management
• Schedule and execute SMS campaigns as per the marketing calendar and business requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely campaign deployment.
• Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare campaign reports.
• Identify insights and opportunities to improve SMS engagement and effectiveness.
3. Push Notification Campaigns
• Schedule and trigger push notification campaigns based on business requirements.
• Assist in audience targeting and segmentation for relevant customer communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key engagement metrics.
• Prepare reports and share actionable insights from campaign performance.
4. Market Research & Reporting
