Talview is looking for an outcome-driven, AI-first People Operations qualified to manage key areas across the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, performance management, HR reporting, and people analytics.

This is not a traditional HR Operations role. You will leverage AI, automation, and data to improve People Operations processes and enable faster, smarter, and more data-driven people decisions.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and maintain accurate employee records in Zoho People.
• Handle employee queries, conduct exit interviews, and identify recurring feedback themes to drive retention and process improvements.
• Manage RTO, WFH, attrition, leave, and other HR reporting, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations, and automate repetitive reconciliation and reporting tasks wherever possible.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including hobby groups, celebrations, team events, open houses, surveys,



and collaboration activities.
• Manage Rewards and Recognition communications and track participation and engagement outcomes.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, including quarterly self-assessments, manager reviews, performance reports, letters, and payroll inputs.
• Use AI tools to analyse employee feedback, identify trends, automate communications, and improve HR processes.
• Identify repetitive and manual HR tasks and implement AI-driven, scripted, or no-code automation solutions.
• Build and maintain internal HR AI agents and bots, such as Culture Agent, Rewards and Recognition Agent, and Employee Query Bot.
