Role OverviewWe want someone obsessed with users, with who they are, what they want, what they love and what they hate. Identify their problems, solve them, derive insights about user behaviour and feedback into making the product and services better. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in understanding user needs and crafting magical experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of the Product and work along with Marketing & Engineering teams driving the vision from concept to launch and beyond.

Job Responsibilities• Answer user queries over chat, email and phone calls.
• Own each issue end to end: understand it, verify the facts in our tools,



and provide an end-to-end resolution.
• Handle money-related queries accurately — amounts, gold rates, grams, GST, charges, returns.
• Escalate what you can’t solve with full context, track it, and close the loop with the user yourself.
• Tag and document every interaction so the team can spot patterns.
• Meet our response time, resolution, CSAT and QA standards.
• Convert user understanding and insights into product improvement ideas, and work with the Product and Engineering teams to solve the problems users face.
• Communicate neat messaging for users across different channels.
