Role Description This is a full time, on-site Freelancer role based in Shimla. The role involves supporting the delivery of digital exams and assessments, including setting up exam centers, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring systems and devices are ready and functional before and during examinations. The freelancer will monitor exam sessions for compliance with established protocols, report technical or process issues promptly,



and maintain accurate records related to attendance and exam conduct. Daily responsibilities may also include assisting with candidate queries, following standardized procedures, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth, error-free exam operations.
Qualifications

• Ability to work with computers and basic office software, including handling online exam platforms and digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage exam schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, colleagues, and supervisors on-site.
• Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, and help resolve technical or procedural issues quickly and accurately.
• Reliability and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining exam integrity and following standardized guidelines.
