Role Description The Senior Manager Ecommerce will lead the end-to-end ecommerce function, overseeing online sales channels, brand presence, and customer experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves managing marketplace (B2C and B2B) and D2C platforms, optimizing product listings, and driving promotional campaigns. The role includes monitoring performance metrics, analyzing consumer behavior, and implementing strategies to grow revenue, conversion rates,



and customer retention. The Senior Manager Ecommerce will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and product teams to ensure inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and consistent brand messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing external partners, coordinating with customer support for issue resolution, and staying updated on ecommerce best practices and competitive trends.

Qualifications
• Robust E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces and D2C platforms.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights for growth.
• Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
