Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the agency’s staff. This full-time position is based on-site in Chennai and involves partnering with leadership to develop HR policies, ensure compliance, and support workforce planning.



The role includes managing HR documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, handling conflict resolution, and guiding managers on HR best practices. The Human Resources Manager will also design and implement training and development initiatives, support diversity and inclusion efforts, and contribute to building a positive, engaging workplace culture tailored to the creative industry.

• Demonstrated skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Experience in performance management, feedback frameworks, and employee development planning.
