We're looking for a hungry, hands-on Business Development Associate to build the revenue vertical for Bajarbattu Studios from scratch. This is the first sales hire, you will not inherit a pipeline, you will create one. You will personally prospect, pitch, negotiate and close across brand deals, CSR-funded content and white-label production, and grow into leading the sales team as the vertical scales.

Responsibilities
• Build and own the outbound pipeline, research target accounts, generate leads, and secure meetings independently.
• Pitch branded content, integrations and IP sponsorships across our four channels, Bajarbattu Duniya, Yuva, Sports and Divine.
• Develop CSR-funded content partnerships with corporate CSR foundations, development-sector organisations and PSUs.
• Sell Bajarbattu Studios' white-label production capability to brands, agencies,



media networks and institutions.
• Build proposals, costings, rate cards and commercial decks in coordination with the creative and production teams.
• Work with the content team to convert channel IPs and show formats into sponsorable, sellable properties.
• Negotiate commercials and close deals end-to-end.
• Own contracting, invoicing follow-up and collections discipline.
• Coordinate post-sale delivery with production so clients renew.
• Set up and maintain the sales systems, CRM, pipeline tracker, proposal templates, reporting.
• Hire and mentor the sales team as the vertical grows.

Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in media sales, branded content sales, agency business development, or CSR/impact partnerships.
• Proven record of personally sourcing and closing deals , not just supporting a senior person's pipeline.
