Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Trainee (Sales) role focuses on driving growth for Bhanzu’s math learning programs. The trainee will identify and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels, conduct market research to understand customer segments, and manage prospect pipelines using CRM tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging potential customers via calls, messages, and virtual meetings, clearly presenting Bhanzu’s offerings, and supporting prospective learners and families throughout the decision-making process. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, tracking performance metrics, and contributing feedback to improve campaigns and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage prospects, build trust, and support families and learners.
• Demonstrated Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, understand customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
