Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR and recruitment team in executing day-to-day hiring activities for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include assisting in sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers. The intern will help in employer branding initiatives,



such as drafting job postings, supporting campus outreach, and engaging with potential talent through digital and offline channels. This is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting to support end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assist in candidate assessment and selection.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding to contribute to job postings, outreach campaigns, and talent engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
