Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Growth & Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of hospitality clients such as restaurants, cafes, clubs,



and hotels. The executive will conduct meetings and presentations with potential partners, understand their business needs, and propose tailored HNI solutions across Collab, Club, and Connect. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role also involves market research, supporting sales strategies, and contributing feedback to enhance HNI’s offerings and partnerships.
