Role Description
The counselor will guide prospective learners through the program discovery and selection process, understanding their background, goals,



and constraints to recommend suitable online UG, PG, and executive programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions via phone, email, and in-person meetings; explaining program features, eligibility, fees, and university details; and addressing applicant queries with clarity and empathy.
The role involves managing leads, following up with prospective learners, supporting them through application and documentation steps, and coordinating with university partners to ensure smooth enrollment. The counselor will also contribute to outreach campaigns, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and work closely with the team to meet enrollment and service quality targets.
