We're Hiring | College Outreach & Workshop Coordination Intern

AIRnDLab | Ajmer, Rajasthan / Remote

AIRnDLab is looking for a proactive and well-organized individual to help us connect with colleges and polytechnics to organize free AI awareness sessions and workshops for students.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact colleges and polytechnics through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Coordinate with HODs, TPOs, faculty members, and college authorities to arrange workshops.
- Follow up with institutions and maintain a database of college contacts.
- Prepare participation certificates, attendance sheets, and workshop reports.
- Assist with registrations, scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Familiarity with Gmail, WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
- A proactive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn.

Internship Details
- Duration: 2 months
- Work Mode: Remote / Part-time
- Working Hours: Approximately 2–3 hours per day
- Fixed Stipend: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: ₹200–₹300 per successfully conducted workshop, subject to agreed criteria.
