• Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities from government, private, and institutional clients.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, specifications, BOQ, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement, legal, operations, and management teams for bid preparation.
• Prepare and manage complete technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Ensure tenders are submitted accurately and within prescribed deadlines.
• Prepare bid qualification documents, EMD/BG requirements, declarations, forms, and supporting documents.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing sheets, BOQs, and cost comparisons in coordination with relevant teams.
• Conduct tender analysis and identify risks, deviations, and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and unsuccessful tenders.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for tender-related clarifications and queries.
• Track tender results, negotiate where required, and support contract finalization.




• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tender/procurement regulations.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and future references.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, upcoming projects, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in tender management, bidding, contracts, procurement, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of tendering and bid submission processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online tender/e-procurement portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical, negotiation, coordination, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Experience handling government/e-tenders and large commercial bids.
• Knowledge of EMD, performance security, bank guarantees, technical compliance, and comme
