About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Head of Secure Networking Sales to lead and scale our Secure Networking business across enterprise customers. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic customer relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and working closely with OEM partners to expand our enterprise networking and cybersecurity business.

Bengaluru (with pan-India travel)

Reports To
Senior Director – Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG)

Key Responsibilities
• Own the Secure Networking business with complete responsibility for revenue, gross margin, and pipeline growth.
• Develop and execute the GTM strategy for Enterprise Networking and Security solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performance sales team across key regions.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise customers while expanding business within existing accounts.
• Drive CXO-level engagement with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and IT Heads.
• Work closely with OEMs and channel partners to develop joint business plans and demand generation programs.




• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and services teams to ensure successful solution positioning and execution.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
