Role Description The Sales Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager West India is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City. This position is responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities for Inovaxe’s material handling solutions across the West India region, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals. The role involves conducting technical presentations and product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements,



and recommending appropriate solutions that align with their operational goals. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer sites, coordinating with internal technical teams, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The individual will also track market trends, contribute to sales forecasts, and support regional marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to understand customer operations, configure solutions, and address technical inquiries.
• Proven Sales and Customer Service skills to develop new business, manage accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT equipment, or industrial automation is highly
