Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Manager / Senior Manager – Statutory Audit.



The role involves leading and managing statutory audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment, audit strategy development, and execution in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The qualified will supervise audit teams, review working papers, ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, and provide guidance and technical support to team members. The role includes interacting with client leadership, understanding business processes, presenting audit findings, and recommending improvements in internal controls and compliance. Responsibilities also cover managing engagement budgets, supporting business development initiatives, contributing to practice development, and staying updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards.
Qualifications
• CA with experience in IND As.
