Job Purpose
To drive room revenue, ADR, corporate account acquisition, banquet sales, and overall business growth while positioning Sarovar Portico Sriperumbudur as the preferred hotel for the industrial and corporate market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop new business from manufacturing companies, automotive and electronics firms, industrial units, MNCs, and corporate offices located in Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, SIPCOT, and surrounding areas.
2. Achieve monthly and annual targets for room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR in coordination with the General Manager and Revenue team.
3. Develop new corporate accounts, maintain existing relationships, renew contracts, and enhance production from key accounts.
4. Generate long-stay business from project teams, corporate executives, consultants, plant commissioning teams, and other extended-stay guests.
5. Drive Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), training programmes, corporate events, residential conferences, and banquet revenue.
6. Generate incremental revenue for restaurants, bars, corporate dining,



and catering through corporate tie-ups and promotional activities.
7. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, prospecting activities, follow-ups, and conversion of business enquiries.
8. Prepare monthly sales plans, account-wise targets, revenue forecasts, and action plans to achieve budgeted business objectives.
9. Lead the sales team by assigning targets, monitoring productivity, and conducting regular performance reviews.
10. Monitor competitor pricing, corporate contracts, market trends, new industrial projects, and emerging business opportunities.
11. Ensure adherence to approved credit limits, timely payment follow-ups, and compliance with contractual terms and hotel policies.
12. Submit daily sales activity reports, weekly business updates, monthly account production reports, and revenue performance reports to the General Manager.
