Role Description The Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Degain Interiors’ client base. This role includes managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing. The Sales Manager will nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, conduct in-person consultations,



and collaborate with the design team to align solutions with client needs. Daily activities involve tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also includes identifying new market opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and representing Degain Interiors at events and client meetings.
Qualifications
• Strong consultative sales, relationship management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in business development, lead generation, and pipeline management, ideally in interiors, real estate, or design services.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design and operations teams to translate client needs into viable project proposals.
• Competence in using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications for tracking and analysis.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
