Role & responsibilities
• Hiring Vehicle from Open Market (Brokers), Vehicle Placements such as Tata Ace, Bolero, 407,14ft, 17ft, 20ft, 32ft SXL, MXL, etc for overall Pan India Level
• Manage fleet operations, including vehicle tracking and route planning
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency and on-time delivery rates.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilization and reduce downtime.

Preferred candidate profile
• Minimum 3 to 7 Years into Traffic Profile.
• Proficient in placing FTL vehicles(Tata Ace, Bolero,



407,14ft, 17ft, 20ft, 32ft SXL, MXL)
• Ability to use vehicle tracking software.
• Familiar with the Karnataka area.
• Familiarity with route planning tools and techniques.
• Robust sales and business development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
