Role Description The Bancassurance Sales Person is a full-time,



in office role based in Panchkula, responsible for driving life insurance sales through partner bank branches. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads from branch walk-in customers, and presenting suitable ABSLI products aligned with customer needs and financial goals. Daily tasks include conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, completing application and documentation processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also includes achieving assigned sales and revenue targets, participating in branch-level marketing activities, and providing timely post-sale service support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
