Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Agartala. This role is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with colleges and training partners, and promoting SPARKIIT’s programs to drive enrollment and partnerships. Day-to-day activities include lead generation,



outreach to potential institutional and corporate clients, conducting presentations and meetings, and managing follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term relationships. The role also involves maintaining and growing key accounts, monitoring market trends in education and training, and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and marketing strategies. The Business Development Executive is expected to meet defined sales and partnership targets while representing SPARKIIT professionally in all interactions.
