Role Description The Application Security Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing the security posture of applications across their lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance. Day-to-day activities include performing security assessments, reviewing application architectures and code for vulnerabilities, coordinating remediation with development and operations teams,



and managing application security tools and processes. The Application Security Lead will develop and maintain security standards and guidelines, support secure SDLC practices, and provide expert guidance to project teams on threats, controls, and best practices. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing security reports, and contributing to incident response and root-cause analysis related to application security issues.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex application environments, identify risks, and propose effective security solutions.
