Role Description The Front Office Assistant is a full time, on-site role based at Nihara Resort & Spa in Kochi. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and providing courteous, accurate information about the resort and local attractions. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments or reservations, and maintaining guest records and front office documentation.



The Front Office Assistant also supports administrative and clerical activities such as preparing reports, organizing files, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. This position requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and a hospitality-focused mindset in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to provide guest-centric service in a professional, courteous manner.
• Candidates should demonstrate proper Phone Etiquette and confidence in handling incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations.
