Job Title : Executive – Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified with experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or ISO-related activities to support enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and maintain risk registers.
• Track incidents, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Assist in ESG framework implementation and BRSR reporting.
• Support compliance with applicable SEBI regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and update policies, SOPs, guidelines, and risk-related documentation.
• Coordinate with departments for internal audits, ISO implementation, and risk reporting.




• Assist in preparing reports, meeting agendas, and minutes for risk committees and senior management.

Requirements:
• Graduate, postgraduate, MBA, or relevant professional qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT Risk, Cybersecurity Governance, or ISO-related activities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Risk management or ISO-related certifications will be an added advantage.
