Job Overview
We are looking for a Planning Engineer – Civil with strong project planning and scheduling skills, hands-on knowledge of MS Project (MSP),



and a valuable understanding of construction activities and site sequencing.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, develop, and regularly update project schedules using MS Project (MSP)
• Prepare and maintain Gantt Charts, baseline schedules, and progress schedules
• Understand and plan proper construction sequencing, including Civil works followed by MEP, finishing, architectural, and other activities
• Apply basic planning techniques such as Critical Path Method (CPM) and identify critical activities
• Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and highlight delays or schedule deviations
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and track project milestones.
• Assist in identifying schedule risks and developing recovery plans for delayed activities
