Role Description The Executive Admin and Facility role is a full time, on-site position based in Maharashtra, India. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence,



and preparing documentation and reports. The position also oversees general administrative and facility-related tasks such as coordinating office operations, maintaining supplies and equipment, supporting vendor management, and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-functioning workspace. The individual will assist in organizing internal events, facilitating communication across teams, and supporting senior leadership with day-to-day operational needs. This role requires close coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative processes and efficient facility management.
Qualifications
• Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation handling.
• Demonstrated General Administration experience with office operations, facility coordination, and vendor or service-provider management.
