Role Description The Telecaller role at Trustcruit is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. In this role, the Telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to gather information, provide updates, and support communication related to recruitment and feedback processes. The Telecaller will follow call scripts, record accurate data in internal systems, and escalate issues or queries to the appropriate team members when needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs,



meeting call and quality targets, and ensuring a professional and respectful experience for every caller. The Telecaller will also collaborate with colleagues to share insights from calls and contribute to improving communication workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and the ability to engage professionally with diverse callers.
• Basic computer literacy, including the ability to work with call management tools, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
• Good listening skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in recording information and following procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work with call targets, and handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-based environment in Trivandrum, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
