Job Summary:




The Project Support will work closely with the core leadership team on the following things:
1. To drive execution across high-priority technology and product initiatives. This role is a mix of project coordination, stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical support, ensuring that decisions taken at the leadership level translate into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes for the wider team.
2. You will act as an execution backbone for the department agenda helping organise projects, tracking progress, following up with teams, and surfacing risks and dependencies early.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Jira Administration & Process Enablement
i. Manage Jira configuration, workflows, boards, dashboards, and automation to support effective project tracking and execution.
ii. Drive Jira adoption by conducting training sessions and enabling teams on best practices and usage guidelines.
iii. Continuously optimize Jira processes, reporting structures, and workflows
