and maintain bank and insurance financial data using sound financial and accounting principlesInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and client-reported issues in a timely and thorough mannerServe as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to financial content, data coverage, methodologies, and product functionalityExplain financial spreading methodologies, data collection processes, and product features clearly to clients and internal stakeholdersSupport structured feed ingestion, validation, and monitoring for assigned coverage areas, executing data quality controls and remediation activitiesCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Modeling, Research, and Data Operations teams to improve data quality, coverage, and the overall client experienceIdentify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency, and contribute to new data sources and workflow enhancementsUse data and technology tools, including artificial intelligence-enabled solutions, to improve productivity, drive innovation, and promote continuous learning and operational excellenceAbout the TeamOur Data Estate Credit & Financials team is responsible for supporting the quality, coverage, and usability of bank and insurance financial data across Moody's Analytics. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Modeling, Research, and Data Operations to resolve data issues, address client needs, improve processes, and continuously introduce new data sources and workflow enhancements.
