Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through the assigned communication channels in a courteous and professional manner.

- Record conversations, requests, and resolutions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team and follow up until closure.
- Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Follow company processes,



data privacy standards, and service guidelines consistently.

Requirements :

- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with prior customer support, BPO, or KPO experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfort with basic computer operations and learning customer relationship or workflow systems.
- Skilled conduct, reliability, and willingness to work in a full-time, office-based role.

This is a full-time Customer Support Executive opportunity in the BPO and KPO industry, based in Mohali or Chandigarh. The compensation range is ₹23,000 to ₹30,000 CTC per month, subject to the applicable company structure and hiring terms.
