About the Role

We are looking for a Founder’s Office Associate to work closely with our founders on high-priority business initiatives.

You will work across areas such as growth, business development, marketing, customer research, operations, and strategy , depending on what the business needs.

This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to research, analyze, make recommendations, and execute .

What You’ll Do

- Work directly with the founders on business and growth initiatives
- Research markets, customers, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities that could help Wise grow
- Analyze business and customer data to support decision-making
- Work with different teams to move projects forward
- Take ownership of projects from research through execution
- Support new initiatives and projects as the company grows
- Support the founders with day-to-day administrative tasks and business coordination as needed

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with research, data,



and business information
- Ability to structure information and communicate insights clearly
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Good to Have

- Experience in a startup or B2B SaaS company
- Exposure to business development, growth, marketing, operations, or strategy
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or execution
