Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time/parttime in office/off-site position based in New Delhi.



The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities with CA, CPA, and accounting firms across international markets, particularly in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals tailored to outsourcing needs in accounting, payroll, taxation, and back-office services. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with senior leadership and service delivery teams to design solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients. The role also involves market research, maintaining long-term client relationships, tracking performance against sales targets, and representing Renuka Outsourcing at industry events and online forums.
