About the Role
MADAME is looking for a Creative Manager to lead the creative direction of the brand across campaigns, social media, digital platforms, retail and brand communication.

The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion sensibility, excellent conceptual thinking and a hands-on understanding of AI-powered creative tools.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop creative concepts and visual directions for seasonal campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.

•Create campaign themes, moodboards, key visuals, taglines and creative storytelling.

•Develop AI-generated imagery, videos, backgrounds, campaign concepts and creative prototypes.

• Oversee the development of social media creatives, campaign assets, digital banners, promotional communication and retail creatives.

• Ensure consistency of MADAME's visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

• Identify emerging fashion, design, social media and AI trends and translate them into relevant brand ideas.

• Manage multiple creative projects from concept to final execution while maintaining quality and timelines.





•Review creative outputs and provide clear feedback to internal and external teams.

•Build innovative and visually distinctive ideas that strengthen MADAME's positioning as a contemporary fashion brand.

Skills Required
• Solid creative conceptualization and visual storytelling.

• Excellent understanding of fashion, design, styling and visual aesthetics.

• Strong knowledge of social media and digital content.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI creative tools.

• Good understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other creative software.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layouts and visual communication.

• Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines.

• Strong eye for detail and brand consistency.

Preferred Background
4–7 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, ad
