About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager – Cross-Border Payments to drive B2B client acquisition, build a robust sales pipeline, and generate revenue from businesses with international payment requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, strong prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and acquire exporters, manufacturers, trading companies, IT/ITES firms, and other businesses that need international collections, cross-border payouts, and global payment solutions.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role requiring ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospect qualification to client meetings, commercial negotiations, onboarding, and revenue generation.





What You’ll Work On
• B2B Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new clients through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Yellow Pages, business directories, online marketplaces, industry databases, and other lead-generation platforms.
• Client Acquisition: Build and manage a pipeline of exporters, importers, manufacturers, trading companies, MSMEs/SMEs, IT/ITES firms, SaaS businesses, D2C brands, agencies, and global service providers with cross-border payment needs.
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, business networks, and other channels to generate qualified leads and secure client meetings.
• Inbound Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound enquiries, qualify prospects, understand their payment requirements, and convert suitable opportunities into active clients.
