We are seeking a reliable and experienced Accountant & Compliance Executive to manage the complete accounting and compliance function for our growing online/e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for book-keeping, inventory management, invoicing, personal accounting, quotations,GST and tax compliance, financial reporting, vendor payments, and coordination with auditors while ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting, book-keeping, and bank reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare and file GST and tax returns.
Manage accounts payable, receivables, and cash flow tracking.
Reconcile transactions from online platforms, payment gateways, and marketplaces.




Manage inventory, personal accounting and quotations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Prepare financial reports and support business decision-making.
Requirements:
B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter with 3+ years of accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of GST, taxation, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar software.
• Experience handling e-commerce/online business accounting preferred.
