Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time, on-site in Pune City, driving growth for RaRi Softworks by identifying and securing current business opportunities. This role involves prospecting potential clients, managing outbound and inbound leads, and nurturing relationships through calls, meetings, and presentations. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand service offerings,



develop tailored proposals, and support pitch meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also requires staying informed about digital marketing trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and contribute to the agency’s go-to-market strategies.
