Role overview
We are hiring a Growth Manager to scale our lending distribution across Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). You will own the growth numbers for loans end to end: partner acquisition, freelancer channel growth, conversion and unit economics.
Reporting line and work location: to be confirmed.

Responsibilities
1. Own the loan distribution targets for PL, BL, HL and LAP,



with monthly and quarterly plans by product and city.
2. Acquire and manage lending partners (banks, NBFCs and DSAs) and negotiate payout and product terms.
3. Grow the freelancer channel: recruit, activate and retain distribution partners in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
4. Track the funnel from lead to disbursal and fix drop-offs at each stage.
5. Build the unit economics model: payout per loan, cost per acquisition, and partner-level profitability.
6. Run campaigns and incentives that lift conversion without hurting credit quality.
7. Work with product, operations and compliance to keep loan journeys compliant with RBI norms.

Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail lending, loan distribution, DSA or NBFC/bank sales, including exposure to a growth or channel role.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of PL, BL, HL and LAP.
• Track record of building and managing partner or channel networks, ideally with freel
